Last Week of School Info

Important information for the final days of school: 

On Wednesday, May 29th- your child needs to bring a sack lunch, Milk will be provided. Students do not need to wear mass attire this day. 

Thursday, May 30th- Please send a cleaned out backpack so I can send home your child's belongings. 

Friday, May 31st- Field Day Activites will begin at 12:45-2:30. Please send your child in their "I am his masterpiece" shirt and tennis shoes. If you have an old blanket at home that your child could bring for the class to sit on for field day, that would be great! 

We will have mass on Friday, May 31st (at 9:15 am). This is a free spirit day! 

May 16th 2019

Information for next week: 

 •May 20th- Rainbow Day Wear rainbow colors 

•May 21st- Sun & Sand Day Bring a beach towel to read outside with

•May 22nd- Thank you day (music program at 7 pm)

•May 23rd- USA Day Wear red, white, and blue

•May 24th- Video Day

Other important information: 

•Please have your child to the high school no later than 6:40 on Wednesday for the music program

•All library books are due on Tuesday, May 21st. Please let myself, Mrs. Sorden, or the office know if you are unable to find a book.

•Last day of school is Friday, May 31st!

•May 13th- Music Day

•May 14th- Neon Day Wear Neon

•May 15th- Outside Day (your child may bring different outside clothes to wear after mass)

•May 16th- Popsicles for Snack

•May 17th- Quiet Day Spirit Day $1

Thursday, May 2nd

Hello! We have had so much fun the last couple days with our alphabet countdown!

Field Trip Information:

Friday May 3rd- We are going to the Corning Opera House. We will be leaving St. Malachy at 11:00 am. Students will need to bring a SACK LUNCH this day! Please be sure to wear the blue "I am a Masterpiece" shirt or just a St. Malachy shirt!

Tuesday May 7th- We are going to the Science Center. Permission Slips are in the Thursday Folder this week. Be sure to sign these right away and send back. The cost to go on this trip is $15.50 for admission and transportation. Students will need to bring a SACK LUNCH this day!! Please be sure to wear the blue "I am a Masterpiece" shirt or a blue shirt.

These past two weeks, we have done a lot of fun things. These include holding chicks, playing with chalk and bubbles, and having a dance party with the preschoolers!
