Thanks for another great week!
In Reading, we have been talking about the weather. Our sight words the last two weeks have been a little tricky, please practice these at home.
In Math, we have been working on subtraction. I am hoping we can end the subtraction unit before winter break.
In Social Studies, we have been talking about our community. We will finish this unit on Monday with an assessment.
In Religion, we have been talking about praying and learning how to do the sign of the cross.
Reminders for next week:
We will be having a class Christmas Celebration on Thursday.
We will not be having rest time anymore after winter break. On Thursday, I will be sending home all pillows and blankets. Please do not send stuffed animals to rest with to school after break.
Friday is a sack lunch day! The school will provide milk.
Send your child in festive clothes on Friday to celebrate. :)
